Octopath Traveler Champions of the Continent Soon
Square Enix officially confirmed the output of Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent for mobile devices next month. Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent is a prequel solo JRPG just like the original. Champions of the Continent apparently take 60 hours of solo game to finish. This prequelly planned last year, but it was postponed until next month. Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent will be released for IOS and Android on October 28th.
Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent reached more than 500,000 pre-registered accounts, and to celebrate this feat, Square Enix shared new images from the next mobile JRPG. Most mobile players expect to see some multiplayer aspects in their games, but Octopath Traveler Champions of the Continent is a Solo RPG. The mobile game will apparently take 60 hours to end, setting up a lot of intrigue before the original Traveler Octopath. The new sequence focuses on the BGM theme of “The Playwright” arguste (one of the enemies of the game).
Yasunori Nishiki, who worked on the original Ostopath Traveler, also manages the OST of Champions of the Continent, so that this mobile game is far from being a predecessor than Octopath Traveler. Although it is not as extended as the console games, Square Enix and acquired emphasized that it was the game to play between the console versions. The next Octopath Traveler console game is in development, but Square Enix has shared anything about this project. With the more and more developed scenario, Octopath Traveler fans must ensure that their devices will execute Champions of the Continent.
