Where to Find New Collection Nodes in Final Fantasy XIV Patch 5.2

Looking to collect new items for patch 5.2 handicraft equipment? Final Fantasy XIV Patch 5.2, Echos of a fallen star, adds a new level of combat equipment designed. New equipment means new recipes and new recipes mean new rare carpets to gather.

You must be a minor or a level 80 botanist to gather you in the new nodes. You will also have to have bought folklore books for Normandy. Furthermore, you may have unlocked them earlier in shadow bringers, check your botany and mining log to see if the new nodes appear. These collection books are available from the Seller Splendors in Elmore in exchange for Yellow Gatherer’s Scrip. The mining nodes require the volume of geological folk, while the botany’s nodes call the tome of botanical folklore.

The equipment requirements for these articles are relatively low. Your perception must be greater than 2140 to have a chance to collect an object. Some nodes give you bonus collection attempts. You will want to stack as many GP as possible to use skills like King’s Yield II or Blessed Harvest II to boost your shot.
