Where to get the HM waterfall
The waterfall is one of the last important elements you will receive in the game. This HM allows you to climb waterfalls in the Supraminate. It is also a physical movement of water type that inflicts 80 damage that you can teach your Pokemon.
To find the HM of Waterfall, you must have defeated the Gymnasium leader of the Volker electric type in Sunshine City and won the Beacon badge. This is the last gym badge you will receive, so it is quite late in the game.
After reclaiming your plate, go to Sunshine City Beach. It is at the north end of the city.
You will find Jasmine waiting for you on this beach. Show him the Beacon badge of her, and she will give her the Waterfall HM.
